DDoS Attacks on Cloud Hosting Cluster
Identified

You may have noticed some significant down times here in our status page for our main website and dashboard area, despite being false. These are as a result of implementing some configurations to our servers, that block and filter bot traffic, hence some bots (including those of ping and monitoring services) are being blocked from access to some websites. If you are using a monitoring service to monitor your website online status, you may get some alerts about it being down, those reports are most likely false as it's just the bot that's being blocked, while other traffic from real users usually get through the filters.

Monitoring

Greetings our valued customers ...

We experiencing an intermittent DDoS attack, that's affecting our Cloud Hosting Services.

As such, we put some configs in place to help mitigate those attacks, and hence some hosted websites may show a "503 Service Unavailable" or "403 Forbidden" error messages when some users show a behavior that may resemble bots. We are working on the highest priority to get services stable again as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

Highest Regards,

⎯⎯ WevrLabs™ Team
