This connectivity issue is now resolved as per the feedback we received from the data center team. You should start to notice that access is gradually being restored to domains on shared hosting services. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to your operations; however, this was well beyond our intervention, as it was caused by a network services provider's configuration, which knocked out global access to some parts of the UK, including, unfortunately, our data center provider.
Greetings, dear valued clients,
We are aware of a sudden outage affecting connectivity to the data center, which started around 10:06 a.m (London, UK time), inside which the shared hosting services are located. We would like to note that the issue affects connectivity to the data center and is not related to the servers, and it affects multiple other providers who use the same data center.
We are in contact with the data center currently, who are working to restore services as soon as possible. We would ask that clients refrain from raising support at this time, as responses cannot be provided individually for the same question, and any further updates related to this incident will be provided on our status page.
