Maintenance ended

Just a quick heads-up that we’ll be carrying out some scheduled maintenance across our shared hosting servers this coming Sunday, 6th September, starting at around 8:00 PM (BST).

We’re rolling out the latest CloudLinux kernel to all shared machines. Crucially, this update includes a specific patch for an ongoing cgroups issue we’ve been tracking. This should fully resolve the bug where JetBackup processes haven't been properly restricted at the CPU level during backup runs.

To apply the new kernel, each server will need a quick reboot. We've purposely scheduled this out of hours to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, and you can expect roughly 5 minutes of downtime for your specific server while it restarts.
